How do you live your karma?

In spiritual literature it is said that we are just souls visiting the earth to complete our karma, we complete our visit once our karma is paid off. This is done through various lifetimes. In order to complete karmic debt many dive deep into spiritual life sometimes even abandoning civilian life completely by joining a religious group. Yet the path to liberation is not linear, nor is there just one path. So what is the right thing to do? There is no right, there is no wrong, there is only this moment and that is the best we can do- live the best we can one day at a time.

Sometimes this helps alleviate the stress that some feel by the mental impulse to be somewhere, do something, or be someone they are not. The great mastermind of this universe is not judgmental so it doesn’t matter how many jumping jacks we may do to become free, our creator already has a plan, we just have to learn to let go and simply be.

We can either simplify our lives by living from our hearts or we can analyze, criticize and judge every miracle that exists in every moment. I think that’s rather exhausting if you ask me, I prefer to love in as many ways as possible-there is less stress in that. So how do we deal with the stresses that may come up in a life that is heavy with karmic burden? We help others, speak well, do well, eat well, and pray. Nothing is permanent in this world; it is all a fleeting moment.

  1. Beautifully expressed my fellow Maria writing friend🥰 I too chose to live and love. It’s the best way I have found to express my spirit’s true nature. Happy exploring and writing 💜😊
