When the ugly comes out, we must recognize it for what it is, without label, without reason, and release it. By releasing it of labels, judgment, or mental constructs, we also release ourselves of any attachments to it or identifications with it. It then becomes free.

We must give what we seek, but first, it must start with us. Our search for freedom, truth, love, all those seeds must be within our being first.
