Are you having fun?

If you were to send off your child to a playground, what would be one of the questions that you would ask him/her upon return? Typically I hear the following from parents; did you have fun? And so we must ask ourselves this question, am I having fun? Am I enjoying my time here on earth?

We must remember that our time here is temporary and at the end of it, all that will remain is spirit/soul. No money, job, husband/wife, no car, no house, just our essence. And so it is our essence that we must nurture in order to thrive, in order to make the best of the time that we have left.

A good balance of work and play is what keeps me sane, I can feel the difference when I start to feel like an ‘adult,’ I then know it’s time to go out and tune into my inner child, to get out of my brain and have fun. Go out and play, enjoy the day, color, dance, just have fun 🙂
